ECONET WATER SHUTOFF
You'll need all three of these to expose the shutoff valve to HomeKit.

PROs: high torque, fits ball valve up to 1.5", easy to install without a plumber,
installs on the ball valve instead of the pipe, good customer support,
CONs: not native to HomeKit (but still works well), more expensive than lower torque brands,
